You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return product(s) bought directly from us. Gave it four stars because it’s vibrant colour, lovely soft fleece inside and thick Sherpa outside, fit is good and I haven’t taken it off since it arrived, so I love it
I took a star off because the labels inside are really scratching and irritating. I had to cut them out because very uncomfy.
Otherwise it’s a lovely snood and would recommend as quality is good

I have purchased two of these fleece snoods previously and thought they were a great product, So I took the opportunity to buy another one in the sale...this one, although from the same range is made differently from my other two, it only has a single layer of fabric whereas the other ones are lovely and warm as they are double layered with the fleece fabric...Nowhere near as thick as I expected it to be.
