Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

This is a lovely hoodie. Great quality and design BUT despite the hoodie being an oversized style it still comes up absolutely enormous. This is the second hoodie I've bought from passenger and the first not only came up small but shrunk a little after washing. I took a gamble on this one by keeping it in case the same happened again but I haven't noticed any shrinking at all. I still love this hoodie as it's so lovely and cosy, but I do wish passenger would sort their sizing out or provide guidance on each item.

The comfiest most perfect hoodie! I have a king body and this is so lovely and long and the sleeves too. Perfect for out on the trails, a comfy layer for travelling or a cosy night by the campfire
