How to measure
Chest
Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

Care
- Machine wash on a gentle cycle at 30°C with similar colours.
- Do not use bleach or softener.
- Do not iron or tumble dry.
- Hang dry when possible.
- Pilling (bobbling) is natural in textured fabrics, to help avoid this; wash inside-out.

This is a great fleece :-) Perfect for 3-season layering, thick, light and soft. I’m a 6ft female, dress size 14/16 and ordered the mens L for a relaxed fit. Translates roughly to a 42-44 inch chest. Perfect length to wear with jeans/hiking trousers. Love the adjustable/open neckline & the zipped pockets for security. Fantastic quality as always. This will be a winter wardrobe staple for me, I think!
