Great product and great service from Passenger, I’ll be placing more orders in the future for sure.
We actually order 2 mugs and a blanket. The blanket arrived and one mug arrived but the second was no where to be seen. I contacted passenger and said about the problems and within 10 minutes I had an email confirming a new mug had been shipped and was on next day delivery. Under 12 hours later I had the second mug.
Exceptional customer service and made me feel very valued as a customer. A* from me!
