Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

The Parka is very lightweight and is suitable for a wide temperature range. I wore it with a sweater in the late winter and also recently in springtime. The fitting is super nice, i chose a Size S by usually wearing EU Size 38. Its wide enough but not too saggy. I‘m in love!
