100% Recycled Polyester Polar Fleece 280g Recycled polyester reduces our dependence on petroleum, cuts out the water and air pollution produced when creating virgin polyester, alongside preventing unnecessary landfill waste. This is a heavy-weight 280g fabric, that has a soft handfeel, keeps the heat in and dries quickly.

Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

Beautiful quality. I’m typically a small, so that’s the size I bought, and I won’t be able to wear anything more than a light t shirt under it, which is fine. I might try medium next time to see how it fits.
