Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.

Men's Fit Guide Waist

Waist

Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.

Hips

Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

Very Nice

I chose this windbreaker because of the color and cost. It is for men but I think the color combo is great so I went with this. It has two nice pockets, and I really like the hood that comes with cords that you can tie up especially for windy days. I bought a large and I think the fit is right, maybe a little big, but good if I put some layers under. The only thing I would recommend is don't pack it up inside its self. This jacket comes out super wrinkled because of how it is packed. It doesn't bother me too much as I have hung it up in the bathroom for a few days and hope the steam will help with the wrinkles. I still think it deserves a 5 star review.
