How to measure
Bust
Place tape measure under your arms around your back and across the centre of your chest.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest point basically just above your naval keeping the tape slightly loose.
Hips
Measure the widest part of your hip. Make sure you keep your feet together when measuring.

Care
- Machine wash on a cold wool cycle.
- Do not use bleach or softener.
- Do not iron or tumble dry.
- Reshape whilst damp.
- Hang dry when possible.
- Pilling (bobbling) is natural in knitted fabrics, to help avoid this; wash inside-out with other knitwear.

Gorgeous 'heavy' soft cardigan. I know it's oversized but as I'm a size 18 I was reserved and went for the XL (supposedly 16) but the sleeves were longer than my arms/hands by at least half a hand, and too baggy around the shoulders. I'm 5' 3". Am sending back and hoping to try the Large.

I had bought the knitted jumper in this design and j7st had to have the cardigan you! It is beautifully made and the quality is top notch. I have another cardigan also and they wash really well....
I am delighted to have found this clothing make and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND their products... it is also so good to know that the clothes are made form recycled products AND that a tree gets planted with every order...

So the sweater is well made and lovely in appearance however, it’s absolutely huge. I understand it’s styled to be big and comfy but my usual medium was more like an extra large. It was just too big to wear. So I’m returning it and have reordered a size small although an extra small may have been better but that size was already sold out (again). My main concern is that return shipping from the US is quite expensive and I didn’t realize that was the customers responsibility. My fault for not checking the policy before ordering. I love company practice of planting a tree for each order but am afraid the shipping from overseas kind of negates the effort to help the environment. So overall, love the styles, quality, and business ethos but not the return situation.
