You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return product(s) bought directly from us. I’m using this as a large lunch box for long shifts, it’s excellent quality, very sturdy, great size for 12 hours worth of food but not so big to attract ridicule. The inside is a reflective waterproof material to keep things cool, I put an ice pack in and it stays cool. It looks exactly as shown and described.
