You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return product(s) bought directly from us. I like the recycled piece and feel good about that but there is not much padding for protection and a grab handle would be useful with a means of closing the pouch perhaps with a two stud fastener if not a zip. Feeling good it is not from China re carbon footprint and I have planted a tree!

The recycled laptop sleeve is a good product. Unfortunately, and this could be my mistake, it appears oversized for my laptop and my bag.

Our laptop cases fit any laptop up to 15" in size, so there will be some room left over if your laptop is slightly smaller than 15".
